If you do add baking soda, how much do you recommend adding to these amounts of epsom salts and H2O2? Thanks!

Epsom salts do contain sulfur. So, if you have an allergy to it, you can order straight Mg salts. My daughter would feel better initially with the epsom salt baths. But, afterwards, she would be sick, fatigued, drained completely. Now we know why!

I have been taking a Epson salt/ hydrogen peroxide bath almost every day now for the last nine months. This bath seem to be very beneficial for me. I use less hydrogen peroxide though because of my pocketbook, however. Recently I read a suggestion to add a little baking soda to the bath as well.

Well, I suffer from Lyme Disease, and severe lead poisoning .. and if this type of a bath will help in any way, especially when it comes to pain, I'm all for giving it a try

Be careful if you have autonomic dysfunction and very low blood pressure–may need to lower the bath tempt.

wish I was back in the states to try this… unfortunately hydrogen peroxide here in Australia is extremely expensive, eg a 100 mil bottle (~3.38 oz) costs anywhere between $8 and $16 australian dollars… thus this would be a very expensive bath, esp 7 days in a row!
